Provide the expansion five new surgical suites, and office areas

Approximately 10,000 SF of renovated space

Scope included: demolition, hazmat abatement, removal and installation of extensive mechanical with associated controls, electrical, plumbing, flooring/VCT/carpeting, acoustical ceiling tiles, and medical gases, new fire and security controls, new walls, new sprinkler system, new structural steel, and lead lined walls.
