Our President, Mr. L. Kai Yeh, PE, is a former U.S. Naval Academy graduate and was commissioned as a Civil Engineer Corps Officer.  He has more than 20 years of experience working on military installations and fully understands the unique capabilities and needs of our military. 

 

Mr. Yeh was formerly the base operations manager for the Fleet and Industrial Supply Center in Charleston, South Carolina. He programmed and managed the capital projects, major and minor projects, and maintenance of 164 industrial, commercial, historical, fuel farm, warehousing, and specialty buildings for his command.  He was awarded the Navy Achievement Medal for managing these assets efficiently and effectively while stationed here. 

 

Mr. Yeh's background has given him a full understanding of the military's needs and enables him to communicate with end users to ensure products and services meet the demands of the mission.
